"Would have been one star if not for Mrs Linda. Unfortunately the customer service at this location was sub par from the rest of the staff. Jacob was very clear letting me know he was too busy to look into my billing questions and would get back to me in a week! He refused to pass my call on to another agent who could help when I asked for someone else saying he did not want to send the workload to someone else and I would have to wait for him to take vacation before investigating. Even Mrs Linda questioned that decision. If I said “let me get back to you in a week” for payment, I’d face a late fee. Since they are so overwhelmed; I switched agents and took my commission elsewhere. Again. Mrs Linda was lovely; if you can get past the gatekeepers who refuse to help."

We regret that this particular situation, which was unfortunately beyond our control, did not meet the high standards we strive for. To clarify, Jacob did send you a breakdown of your bill as soon as you called this morning. We tried to help but you were demanding answers that we could not provide immediately. Jacob also told you he was going out of town for the holiday weekend not just "let me get back to you in a week".
